MASTER IN PALLIATIVE CARE AT THE END OF LIFE CARE

EDUCATIONAL AIMS AND OBJECTIVE
The Masters aims to promote advanced skills in the participants on issues of Palliative Medicine, providing theoretical knowledge and application of clinical, methodological, ethical and psychological, educational and research aspects.

RECIPIENTS
The Master, reserved for 38 participants, is aimed at graduates in Medicine and Surgery , Psychologists and Nurses with a master degree. It is possible to participate in individual modules for those who do not have the admission requirements but are involved in the subjects of the Master and have gained significant experience in palliative care.

 
STRUCTURE OF COURSE
The Master is divided into nine thematic modules that provide integrated forms of theoretical activities, individual learning and field experience with an approach to practical problems. To acquire a Master's degree students must have achieved the 60 university credits and a final exam which consists in the defence presentation and discussion of a thesis.

The deadline for submitting applications for admission to the Masters has been postponed to February XXXXX.
Successful applicants will then have until March XXXXXXX to complete the registration.
Classes will begin March XXXX.
